Virtual Therapy for Washington Residents

  • Therapy can be life-changing—but it shouldn’t be hard to access.

I offer therapy exclusively online, allowing you to receive high-quality care from the comfort and privacy of your own home—no matter where you live in Washington. Whether you're navigating a busy schedule, juggling family responsibilities, or simply prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions, teletherapy makes meaningful support more accessible than ever.

  • Why Virtual Therapy?

Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for a wide range of concerns, including emotional regulation, trauma, ADHD, and family stress. For many people, meeting online actually makes it easier to stay consistent with therapy, show up more fully, and feel comfortable opening up.

    Benefits of teletherapy include:

Flexibility — Fit sessions into your real life, without commute time or disruption

Accessibility — Get care from anywhere in Washington, without the barriers of distance or location

Privacy — Attend sessions in a space that feels safe and familiar

Consistency — Continue therapy even when traveling, moving, or dealing with an unpredictable schedule

Comfort — Many people feel more open when talking from their own environment

This format is ideal for busy professionals, overwhelmed parents, college students, and anyone who finds that getting to an office creates unnecessary barriers to care.

  • How It Works

I use SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that’s easy to access from your phone, tablet, or computer. Before each session, you’ll receive a private link by email or text—just click to join. There’s no login, download, or hassle.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place via video call. Just like in-person therapy, everything discussed is completely confidential and guided by your unique goals.

  • What You’ll Need

    - A private, quiet space

    - A reliable internet connection

    - A device with video and audio (phone, tablet, or computer)

  • Is Teletherapy Right for Me?

If you're unsure about virtual therapy, you're not alone. Many clients begin with concerns about whether the connection will feel real or meaningful. Almost all find that those concerns fade within the first session or two.

What matters most in therapy is the relationship—and that can absolutely thrive in a virtual setting.

If you’re ready to begin, or have questions about whether teletherapy is the right fit for you, I’d be happy to talk.
