Rates & Policies

  • Session Fee

My fee is $250 per 60-minute session. I do not bill insurance directly; however, I provide superbills that many clients successfully submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits.

  • Payment

All payments are processed through my secure client portal via credit card. Your card will be charged on the day of your scheduled session unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellation Policy

I hold a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. This policy supports both the consistency of your therapeutic progress and the sustainability of my practice.

If something unexpected comes up, I’ll do my best to offer a rescheduled session within the same week—based on availability—so you can maintain momentum without incurring a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Sessions begin at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late and haven’t contacted me, the session will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full session fee.

  • Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services. If you would like to receive this estimate, just let me know at any time.

  • Out-of-Network Reimbursement FAQ

    Do you accept insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills—detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many of my clients use this successfully to receive partial reimbursement.

How do I know if my insurance will reimburse me?
Every plan is different. I recommend calling your provider and asking:

    - Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    - Is teletherapy covered with a licensed LMHC?

    - What percentage of the session will be reimbursed?

    - Is pre-authorization required?

    - Do I need to meet a deductible first?

How do I get a superbill?
I can provide superbills monthly or after each session—whichever works best for you. Just let me know your preference, and I’ll make sure it’s included in your client portal.
